摘要
我国研究生教育已进入全面提高培养质量的新阶段。由于种种原因,我国研究生教育仍然存在着研究生创新能力不强、培养质量不高等突出问题。根据民族学学科专业特点、研究生教育规律及研究生培养过程中存在的问题,在深入探索和不断完善中构建的"三合作二互动"培养模式,能为提高研究生创新能力和培养质量提供理论依据和实践经验。"三合作二互动"培养模式主要包括如下内容:一是充分利用各种资源,集中更多智慧,建立"内外合作"、"校地合作"和"不同学科专业合作"等"三合作"机制,为提高研究生创新能力和培养质量提供保障;二是以最大限度激发研究生潜能为出发点,建立"师生互动"、"同学互动"等"二互动"机制,充分发挥研究生的主观能动性,以增强研究生的学习兴趣、创新思维、思辨能力和创新能力,提高研究生培养质量。经过长期的系统探讨和不断完善,"三合作二互动"培养模式在持续实践中取得了显著成效:其一,研究生创新能力显著提高;其二,研究生培养质量显著提高;其三,学科建设取得重大突破;其四,平台建设取得历史性突破;其五,科研水平不断提高。
Postgraduate education in China has entered into a new stage. However, weak innovation ability and low cultivation quality still exist due to various reasons. Based on the characteristics of ethnology, law of education and existing problems of postgraduate cultivation, “Three-cooperation and Two-interaction” , established to provide assistance in theory and practice, essentially proposes as follows: firstly, full usage of resources to build the “Three-cooperation”, including in and out campus cooperation, university and local area cooperation, and different subjects cooperation to lay a solid foundation for cultivation quality; secondly, the establishment of “Two-interaction”, including teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction, to inspire postgraduates’ potential as initiative. After long-term practice and improvement, the “Three-cooperation and Two-interaction” has made obvious progress in such aspects as postgraduates’ innovation ability, cultivation quality, discipline construction, platform establishment and research level.
