摘要
目的对比2届MBBS留学生口腔医学教学效果,为MBBS的口腔教学改革提供依据.方法对2011级和2012级2届MBBS留学生的课堂出勤、课堂表现、课后作业、期末笔试卷面成绩的得分进行对比分析.其中2012级的课堂表现评估改为口头分组汇报评估.结果 137名留学生接受了口腔医学的课堂教学,其中绝大多数为印度籍.2012级分组汇报的成绩显著高于2011级的课堂表现成绩(P<0.05);2012级期末笔试卷面成绩与课堂出勤、课后作业得分存在正相关(P<0.05);2011级在期末笔试卷面成绩与其他各项得分均未出现显著性相关.结论评估方式的改变影响教学效果.
Objective To compare the teaching effects of stomatology between two grades of MBBS students in order to providing evidence for further teaching improvements.Methods Teaching effects of Grade2011 MBBS students were measured by the evaluation results from class attendance, traditional on-class performance, homework score and final writing examination score. While the evaluation of on-class performance was changed to evaluation by oral group presentation in Grade 2012 MBBS students. Comparison of teaching effects was carried out between the two grades students.Results Totally 137 MBBS students, mainly from India, received teaching on stomatology. Comparing with Grade 2011, the evaluation of oral group presentation in Grade 2012 had a significant better evaluation results(P〈0.05). In addition,the final writing examination score of Grade 2012 showed a positive correlation with class attendance and homework score(P〈0.05).However, no correlation was found between the evaluation results in Grade 2011.Conclusion Change of evaluation method could improve the teaching effects.
