酶解法制备脱植醇叶绿素工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过单因素试验考察菠菜叶绿素酶酶解叶绿素的底物浓度、酶浓度、pH值、温度等因素,再通过正交试验获得最优的叶绿素酶解脱植醇工艺条件。结果表明,在叶绿素底物浓度为1.6 mmol/L、叶绿素酶浓度为50%原酶浓度、pH值为7.0、酶解温度为35℃时有最大酶解速率。 The substrate concentration, enzyme concentration, pH, temperature and other factors of chlorophyll hydrolysis were investigated by single factor experiment. The optimum conditions of chlorophyll free enzyme and ethanol fermentation were obtained by orthogonal experiment. And then make sure the optimum conditions of chlorophyll free enzyme and ethanol fermentation were obtained by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the maximum enzymolysis rate could be obtained when the concentration of chlorophyll substrate was 1.6 mmol/L, the concentration of chlorophyll enzyme was 50%, the pH was 7, and the enzymolysis temperature was 35℃.
