关于湖南实施乡村振兴战略的思考

Reflections on Implementation of rural Revitalization Strategy in Hunan

乡村振兴战略是新时代指导"三农"工作的总方针,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要部分。从理解乡村振兴战略的深刻内涵出发,提出实现"四个转变"和"两个拓展",即由"三农思维"向"乡村思维"转变、由"单向布局"向"总体布局"转变、由"资源型农业"向"绿色农业"转变、由"需求推动"向"创新驱动"转变、由"规模主体"向"小农户"拓展、由"重点倾斜"向"支持制度体系"拓展等实施湖南省乡村振兴战略的措施。

The strategy of rural rejuvenation is the general guideline of guiding the work of ＂agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂ in the new era. It is an important part of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era of XI Jin-ping, and it is the new content written in the ＂party constitution＂. From the understanding of the deep connotation of rural revitalization strategy, this paper puts forward the key points to implement the ＂four transformation＂ and ＂ two expansion＂.
