全自动石墨消解-ICP-MS法测定土壤中全量镁等7种矿物元素

摘要 文中采用全自动石墨消解-ICP-MS法测定土壤中全量镁、钾、钙、锰、铁、硒、钼7种矿物元素。结果显示,上述7种矿物元素线性关系均大于0.999,方法检出限(MDL)在0.003mg/kg~3.2mg/kg之间,加标回收率为89%~103%;通过全自动石墨消解、湿法消解、微波消解三种前处理方式的比较,可以看出,全自动石墨消解技术不仅省时省力,还可避免人工操作误差;采用碰撞反应池(He气模式)技术,可有效减少铁、硒等多原子离子干扰。该方法灵敏度、精密度(RSD%)及准确度高,检出限低,省时省力,适用于土壤样品中全量镁、钾、钙、锰、铁、硒、钼含量测定。 The full automatic graphite digestion and ICP-MS method were applied to determination in the 7 kinds of mineral elements(magnesium, potassium, calcium, manganese, iron, selenium and molybdenum)in soil. The results showed that, the linear relationship of these 7 mineral elements were more than 0.999, and the detection limit of the method(MDL) were between 0.003 and 3.2 mg/kg. Through the comparison of three pretreatment methods, such as full automatic graphite digestion, wet digestion and microwave digestion, it can be seen that the automatic graphite digestion technology not only saved time and effort, but also avoided manual operation errors.The interference of polyatomic Ion such as iron and selenium can be effectively reduced by the collision reaction cell(He mode); The method had the advantages of high sensitivity, precision(RSD%) and high accuracy, low detection limit, time saving and labor saving. It was suitable for the determination of total magnesium, potassium, calcium, manganese, iron, selenium and molybdenum in soil samples.
