人造板氨释放量检测以及人造板产品质量安全风险管理 被引量:2

摘要 文中对市场中25份中密度纤维板、12份刨花板、20份细木工板以及14份浸渍纸层压木质地板合计71份人造板中氨释放量进行了分析检测。检测结果显示,共有13批次人造板中的氨释放量超过国家相关标准中的氨浓度限量规定,说明部分人造板中存在氨释放量过高的问题。文中研究数据与成果可为标准制定机构提供参考,同时文中在产品质量监管、企业技术改进、标准制修订及消费者安全等方面提出合理和可行性建议措施。 In our study, 25 medium density fiberboard, 12 particle board, 20 blockboard and 14 impregnated paper laminate wood flooring were tested for Ammonia emission. The results showed that Ammonia emissions in 13 samples exceed the ammonia concentration limits specified in the relevant national standards which implies the problem of release excessive amounts of ammonia is present in part of woodbased panels.The research data and results derived in our study can provide reference for the standard-setting institute and resonable suggestions for the product quality supervision, enterprise technology improving, standard development and consumer safety.
