文中根据叉车各传动方式组成结构和工作原理的特点,绘制快速判别传动方式的流程图,依据各规程,规范安全技术要求中对传动系统的检验项目和要求,总结检验方法,并根据现场检验的经验,总结传动系统的常见故障及其快速识别方法,为叉车传动系统的检验提供一些参考。

With the characteristics of the structure and working principle of the various transmission modes of the forklift, the flow chart of the fast discriminant transmission mode is drawn, and the inspection methods are summarized according to the inspection items,requirements of the transmission system, and the regulations, specifications for the safety. Through the experience of on-site inspection, the common faults of the transmission system and their fast identification methods are summarized, which will provide some references for the inspection of the transmission system of forklifts.
