浅析大型纺织企业内部检测实验室的风险管理

Risk Management of Internal Testing laboratories in Large Textile Enterprises

文中分析了纺织企业内部检测实验室的运作与技术特点,结合ISO 9001:2015版《质量管理体系要求》中风险概念,以及已发布的ISO 17025:2017版《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》《检验检测机构资质认定评审准则及其释义》等认可准则要求,提出应从检测技术运作过程与实验室安全两方面进行风险识别、评估及风险控制的措施,并给出相应实例。落实风险管理是纺织企业内部检测实验室管理体系的重要部分内容。

This paper analyzes the operation and technical characteristics of the internal testing laboratory of the textile enterprise, and combines the risk concept in the ISO9001：2015 edition of the quality management system requirements, the general requirements for the ISO17025：2017 version of the testing and calibration laboratory capability, the accreditation criteria and the interpretation of the qualification certification of the inspection and detection institutions, etc. It is proposed that risk identification, assessment and risk control measures should be carried out from two aspects, namely, the operation process of detection technology and laboratory safety, and corresponding examples are given. Implementing risk management is an important part of the internal laboratory management system of textile enterprises.
