高校学前教育中专家型幼师培养研究述评

摘要 专家型幼师是教师专业发展的高级阶段,其身上具备多种影响其职业活动效率与效果的身心条件及其行为模式与样态。以专家型幼师为研究对象的研究对提升学前教育保教质量,促进幼师专业发展有着重要意义。文章在回顾相关文献的基础上,对专家型幼师的概念、素质结构以及专家型幼师的相关研究现状进行了梳理,并在此基础上指出了现有研究对高校中幼儿师范教育的启示。 Expert preschool teachers are the advanced stage of teachers' professional development. It has a variety of physical and mental conditions that affect the efficiency and effect of its professional activities, as well as its behavior patterns and forms. Therefore it is of great significance to promote the professional development of preschool teachers. Based on the review of relevant literature, this paper edits the concept and the quality structure of expert preschool teachers, and its related research status. On this basis, the deficiency of existing research and the prospect of future research are pointed out.
