An SWOT-Analysis-Based Study of the Counter-Measures for the Construction and Development of Aviation Strategic Delivery Equipment

立足国家战略与发展实际,利用SWOT分析法对航空战略投送装备建设发展的优势与劣势、机遇与威胁进行分析,然后基于SWOT分析法的战略对策制定原则,从增加数量规模与调整比例结构、攻克新机型研制关键技术、提高航空装备与武器装备的互适性、完善配套设施设备、注重军民融合式发展五个方面,提出加速推进新时代我军航空战略投送装备建设发展的对策建议。有助于提高我国的航空战略投送能力。

Based on the national strategy and the reality of development,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the strengths and weaknesses,the opportunities for and threats to the development of the strategic airlifting equipment of our army,upon the basis of which the principle of strategic countermeasures is worked out,which includes five aspects：increasing the scale in quantities,regulating the proportional structure,mastering the key technology of developing new-type aircraft,improving the inter-adaptability between the aviation equipment and the military hardware,bettering and perfecting the matching facilities and equipment,and paying greater attention to the military-civilian integrated development,with some countermeasures and suggestions on accelerating the development of the aviation strategic delivery equipment of our army in the new era proposed.It helps improve the strategic airlifting power of our country.
