摘要
目前我国无缝线路的传统铺设方法是利用工具轨铺设成工程线,将长钢轨装车至长轨列车,通过长轨列车将长钢轨运至工程线上进行散铺、换轨。结合新建张唐铁路唐北联络线右联轨道工程,提出了一种通过采用运输装置和吊轨装置组合进行500m长钢轨装卸运输的新的施工方法,取代了传统施工手段,详细介绍了装置结构和工艺流程及关键技术。该方法具有施工便捷、经济实用、适用范围广的特点,在本工程施工中得到了成功应用,具有很高的推广价值。
At present,the traditional track-laying method for the seamless-rail railway is to build an engineering railway line by means of the tool rail,in which case the long steel rails are loaded onto the long rail train,transported to the engineering line with the long rail train,then separately laid and finally used to replace the tool rails.With the right-link track project of the North Tangshan Tie Line of the newly-built Zhangjiakou-Tangshan Railway as a practical example,put forward to replace the traditional construction means in the paper is a new construction method,where a rail-transporting device in combination with a rail-lifting device is adopted to load,unload and transport the 500 m-long steel rails,with the structure of the devices,the construction flow and other key techniques introduced in detail.Having the advantages of being easy and simple in construction,economical and practicable,and wide in application,this method is successfully applied to the construction of the present project,and is highly valuable in popularization.
