为实现船载重大件装备的局部强度快速、准确校核,对装备航运过程中的受力进行分析,计算出实际载荷与装备自身重力的比值,利用EXCEL实现数据的快速计算,优化传统局部强度校核方法。对于船载重大件装备强度校核有借鉴意义。

In order to realize the quick and accurate checking of the local strength of the ships carrying large and heavy equipment,the load-bearing circumstances of the large and heavy equipment during being shipped are analyzed in the paper,with the ratio between the actual load and the self-weight of the equipment calculated.The quick calculation of the data is realized with the help of EXCEL,with traditional methods for checking the local strength optimized.The paper may well serve as a useful reference for checking the local strength when large and heavy equipments are shipped.
