Construction Techniques for Glue-Joining the Segments of a Pre-Stressed Concrete Continuous Beam

摘要 梁体采用节段预制装配式施工的项目越来越多,铁路连续梁中采用节段预制胶结拼装施工的尚不多见。结合周淮特大桥跨新运河三联(40+56+40)m预应力混凝土连续梁工况,对预制拼装连续梁、节段拼装架设、胶接拼装、张拉压浆等工艺进行介绍。实践表明施工质量符合设计要求,工艺可行且先进。 Nowadays there are more and more bridges whose beam segments are pre-fabricated,and whose beams are assembled segment by segment.However,it is still rare to find the pre-fabricated segments of the beams of railway continuous beam bridges to be glue-joined segment by segment.With the construction conditions of the triple(40+56+40 m)pre-stressed concrete continuous beam of the Zhouhuai Mega Bridge spanning the new canal as a practical example,introduced in the present paper are the construction processes for the assembly and erection of the prefabricated segments of the continuous beam,the gluejoining assembly,tensioning and slip-casting,etc.Construction practice shows that the construction quality of the technique is in full agreement with the design requirements,and the construction processes are both practicable and advanced.
