摘要
目的探讨骨肽联合带血管蒂大转子骨瓣治疗股骨颈骨折中对患者康复的影响。方法 80例行带血管蒂大转子骨瓣治疗股骨颈骨折患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者均行带血管蒂大转子骨瓣术,术后采取常规治疗,试验组在此基础上使用复方骨肽注射液治疗,比较两组患者移植骨瓣愈合时间、骨折愈合时间、术后1年髋关节功能评分标准(Harris)评分。结果试验组移植骨瓣愈合时间(3.8±0.9)个月、骨折愈合时间(7.9±1.3)个月均短于对照组的(4.7±0.1)、(9.8±1.4)个月,术后1年Harris评分(85.1±4.2)分高于对照组的(82.1±5.2)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对带血管蒂大转子骨瓣治疗股骨颈骨折患者术后联合骨肽治疗,可以明显缩短骨瓣愈合时间、骨折愈合时间,提高患者术后1年Harris评分。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ossotide combined with vascularized greater trochanter bone flap for the treatment of femoral neck fracture on rehabilitation of patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with femoral neck fracture who underwent vascularized greater trochanter bone flap were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with vascularized greater trochanter bone flap and given routine treatment after surgery, the experimental group was treated with Compound Ossotide Injection on this basis. The healing time of graft bone flap, fracture healing time, hip function score standard(Harris) score 1 year after surgery between the two groups were compared. Results The healing time of graft bone flap and fracture healing time in the experimental group were(3.8±0.9)months and(7.9±1.3)months respectively, which were significantly shorter than(4.7±0.1)months and(9.8±1.4)months in the control group, the hip function score standard(Harris) score 1 year after surgery of the experimental group was(85.1±4.2) scores, which was significantly higher than(82.1±5.2) scores of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Treatment of femoral neck fracture with vascularized greater trochanter bone flap after surgery combined with Ossotide treatment can significantly shorten bone flap healing time and fracture healing time, and improve the Harris score of 1 year after surgery.
