下颌阻生智齿拔除患者安全护理路径的临床研究

Clinical study on the safety nursing path for the extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth

目的探讨安全护理路径在下颌阻生智齿拔除患者中的实施效果。方法 120例下颌阻生智齿拔除患者,按照护理方式的差别分成对照组和实验组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用安全护理路径护理,比较两组的并发症、护理安全不良事件的发生率和护理满意度。结果实验组并发症与护理安全不良事件发生率为5.00%、6.67%低于对照组的16.67%、20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度100.00%高于对照组的93.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全护理路径可以降低下颌阻生智齿拔除患者的不良事件和并发症的发生率,提高手术安全性,改善患者对护理工作的满意程度。

Objective To explore the effect of safety nursing path in the extraction of patients with impacted mandibular wisdom teeth. Methods 120 patients with impacted mandibular impacted wisdom teeth were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the difference of nursing methods, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group was given safety nursing path for nursing. After the treatment, the probability of complications, the probability of adverse events and the satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results The probability of complications and adverse events in the experimental group were 5.00% and 6.67% respectively, which were significantly lower than 16.67% and 20.00% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than 93.33% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The safety nursing path can reduce the incidence of adverse events and complications in patients with mandibular impacted wisdom teeth extraction, improve the safety of operation and improve the satisfaction degree of patients to nursing work.
