Current Situation and Difficulties of University Students Entrepreneurship and Possible Causes

创业是近年来的热门话题,大学生创业受到普遍关注。大学生自主创业不仅解决了当前就业压力大的问题,而且也带动了国民经济增长。然而,大学生自主创业的成功率非常低,而且困境重重,面临一系列困境,包括:项目选择偏差,融资问题持续存在,创新水平较低无法形成自己的模式,团队执行智慧有待提高,客户需求难以满足,恶性竞争使新企业面临危机。造成大学生自主创业困境的原因,主要有知识体系不完善,缺乏政府指导,大学毕业生人脉薄弱,创业理念滞后,团队和领导者能力不足,对市场不了解,创业环境复杂。

University students＇ entrepreneurship,as a hot topic in recent years,has drawn much attention of the public. Their self-employment not only relieve current high employment pressure but also stimulate the growth of national economy. However,very few of them were found successful in the pursuit of self-employment due to a series of difficulties including improper project,poor financing,low innovation and team executive power,hardships in meeting customer demands and malicious competition,etc. These difficulties may possibly result from their imperfect knowledge system,insufficient government guidance,narrow connections,backward entrepreneurship ideas,inadequate team leadership,low awareness of market and complex social environment,etc.
