摘要
在地方本科高校向应用型技术大学转型的背景下,为适应产业转型升级对较强实践技能与创新人才的需求,地方本科高校应针对实践教学存在的问题,结合自身的办学定位,通过深化实践教学改革、进行螺旋递进式实践能力培养等,构建具有地方特色、开放式的实践教学体系,切实提高应用型技术人才培养的质量。
During the transition to application-oriented universities,local universities should try to establish an open practical teaching system with their own characteristics and improve the quality of application-oriented talent cultivation on the basis of their own school-running orientation to resolve the problems in current practical teaching and meet the requirements of industrial restructuring and upgrading for talents with practical and innovative skills.
