摘要
本实验以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料合成聚氨酯预聚体,然后再加入二甲基硅油、环氧树脂、扩链剂、交联剂、增塑剂等,控制反应时间和反应温度,得到有机硅和环氧树脂复合改性的聚氨酯防腐涂料。通过改变TDI和PEG的配比及有机硅、环氧树脂的添加量来研究改性聚氨酯防腐涂料的性能,并得到了适宜的配比和添加量。结明表明,当加入的TDI和PEG的配比值R为2左右,有机硅、环氧树脂的加入分别为8%,7%(均为质量分数),反应温度60℃时可获得性能较好的改聚氨酯涂料,涂膜具有较高的力学强度、良好的存储稳定性和耐酸碱性能。
Polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized from toluene diisocyanate(TDI) and polyethylene glycol(PEG) in this experiment.Then simethicone,epoxy resin,chain extender,crosslinker,plasticizer and so on were added to control reaction time and temperature.The polyurethane antiseptic coating modified by organosilicon and epoxy resin was obtained.By changing the ratio of TDI and PEG and the addition of organosilicon and epoxy resin,the properties of the modified polyurethane anticorrosive coatings were studied,and the suitable proportioning and adding amount were obtained.The results showed that when the added value of TDI and PEG was about 2,the addition of organosilicon and epoxy resin was 8% and 7%(mass fraction),and the modified polyurethane coatings had better performance at 60 ℃.The coating had high mechanical strength,good storage stability and acid/alkali resistance.
