摘要
为提高聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)材料的导热性能,采用鳞片石墨/ZnO作为导热填料制备鳞片石墨/ZnO导热PBT材料。研究单一导热材料(鳞片石墨或ZnO)和复配导热填料(鳞片石墨/ZnO)对导热PBT材料的导热性能和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:鳞片石墨/ZnO作为复配填料能显著提高PBT材料的导热性能,当鳞片石墨/ZnO用量为50份时,导热PBT材料的导热系数为1.48 W/(m·K),较纯PBT材料的0.27 W/(m·K)提高近5.5倍,而随着鳞片石墨/ZnO用量的增加,导热PBT材料的力学性能均出现先升后降的现象,当鳞片石墨/Zn O用量为20份时,导热PBT材料拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度均为最大值分别为77.6 MPa、101.4 MPa和6.04 k J/m2。
In order to improve the thermal conductivity of polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) materials,flake graphite/ZnO was used as a thermal conductive filler to prepare flake graphite/ZnO thermal conductive PBT material.In this paper,the effects of single conductive material(flake graphite or ZnO) and compound conductive filler(flake graphite/ZnO) on the thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of the thermal conductive PBT materials were investigated.The experimental results showed that flake graphite/ZnO as a composite filler could significantly improve the thermal conductivity of PBT materials.When the dosage of flake graphite/ZnO was 50,the thermal conductivity of the PBT material was 1.48 W/(m.K),which was nearly 5.5 times higher than that of pure PBT material 0.27 W/(m.K).With the increase of the amount of flake graphite/ZnO,the mechanical properties of thermal conductive PBT materials first increased and then decreased.When the dosage of flake graphite/ZnO was 20,the tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength of the thermal conductive PBT materials reached the maximum values,which were 77.6 MPa,101.4 MPa and 6.04 k J/m^2 respectively.
