U-PET300瓶坯注塑机五孔斜排双曲肘内翻与外翻式合模机构机械性能对比分析

摘要 合模装置作为注塑机的重要部件之一,具有固定模具、调节模具厚度、实现启闭模运动、锁紧模具和顶出制品等功能,其中五孔斜排双曲肘合模机构是目前注塑机中应用最广泛的一种机构型式,按合模过程中连杆的运动形式可分为内翻式和外翻式,本文以U-PET300瓶坯注塑机五孔斜排双曲肘内翻式合模机构和U-PET300瓶坯注塑机五孔直排外翻式合模机构的相关数据进行对比分析,确定各自机械性能的优劣,以便为不同的塑料制件找出最合适的合模机构。 As one of the important parts of the injection molding machine,the clamping device has the functions of fixing the mold,adjusting the thickness of the mold,realizing the movement of the mold opening and closing,locking the mold and ejecting products,etc.The five-points diagonal double-toggle clamping mechanism is the most widely used mechanism in the injection molding machine.According to the movement mode of the connecting rod,it can be divided into inversion mode and eversion mode.In this paper,the relative data of five-points diagonal double-toggle inversion clamping mechanism and five-points straight eversion clamping mechanism of U-PET300 bottle billet injection molding machine are compared and analyzed in order to determine the advantages and disadvantages of their respective mechanical properties so as to find the most suitable molding mechanism for different plastic parts.
