根据邯邢冶金矿山管理局北氵名河铁矿 5年基建工作的经验和管理实践 ,介绍了冶金矿山基建工程应抓好设计管理、工程合同管理、总图管理和监理工作的重要意义及一些做法。
Based on the five years' experience and management practice in capital construction at Beiminghe Iron Mine,Hanxing Metallurgical Mine Administration,the importance and some practice of doing well the management of design,project contract and general plan and the supervision in the capital construction engineering of metallurgical mines are described.
