校企合作背景下中职医学生职业道德培养路径探析——以广西中医学校为例

Exploration of Professional Ethics Training Paths for Students in Medical Vocational School under the Background of School-Enterprise Cooperation——Taking Chinese Medicine School in Guangxi as an example

中职医学教育是我国职业教育的重要组成部分,担负着为基层医疗单位培养德才兼备医学生的迫切任务。随着社会对人才素质要求的不断提升,市场对高素质的应用型专业技能人才的需求越来越大,但中职医学生职业道德培养不容乐观。因此在校企合作背景下,学校需与企业实践相结合,全面培养学生的职业道德。文章以广西中医学校为例,分析校企合作背景下医学生职业道德教育的必要性,并就存在的问题提出改进措施。

The secondary professional medical education, an important part of our country＇s vocational education, plays a central role in training talents equipped with both outstanding abilities and great integrity for primary medical institutions. Nowadays, with the increasing demand of ＂Skilled Talents＂ in our society, professional ethics education for medical students is quite unsatisfactory. Therefore, under the background of school-enterprise cooperation, school needs to cultivate students＇ professional ethics comprehensively with the help of enterprises. The paper analyzes existing problems in the ethics education under the background of school-enterprise cooperation and proposes some tips for improvement.
