摘要
中国的饮食文化在中国的传统文化体系中占有举足轻重的地位,中国菜在世界各地一直享有精致、华美的声誉。对外宣传语言不仅在国际交往过程中具有传递信息的意义,还能起到构建社会现实,构建话语权甚至改变人的观念的作用。文章在外宣翻译要领指导下,以《舌尖上的中国》的饮食文化文本为主要研究对象,对中国饮食文化的翻译策略进行探讨。
Chinese cuisine culture occupies an important place in China's traditional culture system. The Chinese cuisine enjoys reputation around the world for its fine flavor, color and appearance. The language used in international publicity and communication conveys information, constructs acceptable social practices and discourse rights, and even helps to change people's ideas. This paper, under the guidance of essential philosophy of communicating with foreign countries, based on the translating text of international publicity documentary, has examined translation strategies of the English version of Chinese cuisine culture. A Bite of China, an international publicity oriented documentary, is the main subject of the study.
