摘要 在教育供给侧改革背景下,西部地区大学英语教师专业发展环境变得更为复杂,面临新的机遇和挑战。文章基于供给侧改革视角,以西部地区大学英语教师专业发展环境为研究对象,在深入剖析该区域大学英语教师专业发展环境的基础上,探讨西部地区大学英语教师专业发展环境优化的问题,提出多方协同参与的优化路径,以期为西部地区高校教育供给侧改革和大学英语教师专业化发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。 Under the supply-side reform, the western minority regional university English teachers are facing new opportunities and challenges. At the same time, the professional development environment is becoming increasingly complex. This article takes western minority regional university English teachers' professional development environment as the object. On the basis of deep analysis of teachers' professional development environment, the author points out the necessity of optimization of teachers ' professional development environment and accordingly provides some optimized paths for multilateral collaborative involvement in the hope of providing some references for supply-side reform of western minority regional university education and university English teachers ' profession development.
