基于知识权力的产业集群多重网络演化机理——以上海汽车产业集群为例

Evolution of Industrial Cluster Multiple Knowledge Network:Based on Knowledge Power:a Case of Shanghai Automobile Industry Cluster

以资源依赖理论为依据,从知识权力视角对产业集群多重网络的内涵、特征和演化机理进行分析。以上海汽车产业集群网络为案例的研究表明,产业集群多重网络是一个多层次知识网络系统,与单一或双重知识网络相比,具有网络主体异质性、网络关系多样性、网络结构多重性及网络资源和活动的丰富性等特征。知识权力是多重网络形成的起点与基础,知识吸收和知识创造动机是多重网络演化的核心要素,市场和技术等环境因素是推动多重网络演化的外在条件。

Based on the theory of resource dependence and knowledge power,the evolution of industrial cluster multiple knowledge network is studied.Using a case study of Shanghai automobile industry cluster,this paper will focus on the multiple knowledge network and its evolution.The results show that industrial cluster knowledge network is a multiple network system,has mixed structural characteristics,such as the heterogeneity of network nodes,the diversity of relations,the multiplicity of structure,the abundance of resources and activities.The need of knowledge power is the starting point and foundation of multiple network formation.The motivation of knowledge absorb and create are the core elements of multiple network evolution.Environmental factors such as market and technology are external conditions to the evolution of multiple network.
