摘要
生源数量的收缩加剧了高校之间的竞争,提高教学质量成为高校竞争的最后制胜法宝。从宏观到微观剖析高校教学质量变动机理,有助于探索提高教学质量的科学依据、途径与方法。生源数量收缩通过招生机制效应,以段体移动方式,从生员质量方面进入"学生-师资-管理"教学体系,从生员数量方面进入教学班容量影响因素,共同影响着教学质量。
Competition grows among colleges and universities with the reduction of student number.From the macroscopic to microcosmic view,analyzing the change mechanism of college teaching and learning quality is helpful to explore the scientific basis,ways and methods to improve the quality of teaching.Raising the teaching quality is thus the key to success.Student number reduction influences teaching and learning quality from two aspects.As for the students’ quality,the influence enters the interrelationships of "student-teacher-management" system in the form of score range movement.As for the students’ quantity,the influence enters the factor of class capacity.
