热分析技术在钢铁工业中的应用

摘要 热分析技术是在温度程序控制下研究物质在加热或冷却过程中发生的物理变化、化学变化、热分解过程和反应动力学等问题,广泛应用于冶金、建材、塑料、化工、涂料、食品、医药、高分子材料等领域,是一种十分重要的分析检测方法 .本文介绍了目前国内常用的热分析方法和分析原理,综述了热分析技术在钢铁工业中的应用情况. Thermal analysis technology is used to study the physical changes,chemical changes,thermal decomposition process and reaction kinetics of matter during the heating or cooling process under the control of temperature program. It is widely used in metallurgical,building materials,plastics,chemicals,coatings,food,medicine,polymer materials and other fields. It is also a very important analytical test method. Herein,the commonly used thermal analysis methods in our country at present and analysis principle were briefly introduced,and the application of thermal analysis in the steel industry was summarized.
