摘要
针对某混凝土叠合墙试件,分别采用超声透射法和相控阵超声成像法检测其内部混凝土缺陷,并进行钻芯验证。结果表明,采用超声透射法及相控阵超声成像技术均可识别明显的孔洞等缺陷,但超声透射法对新旧混凝土结合面的局部间隙缺陷存在漏判;在合适条件下,两种方法均可应用于装配式混凝土结构中常见的叠合构件检测。
A concrete composite wall was inspected by ultrasonic transmission method and phased array ultrasonic imaging method for the natural defects,and the detection results were then verified by drilled core method. The experimental results showed that both two nondestructive methods can accurately detect the defects like holes in the concrete,but ultrasonic transmission method may ignore the small gaps on the bond interface between new and old concrete. The two methods can be applied to detect composite members of the precast concrete structures under appropriate conditions.
