产城融合背景下深圳市城市更新路径探索——以深圳市清水河片区更新为例

Research on the Path of Urban Regeneration in the Development Background of the Combination of Industry and City——the case of Qingshui River District Project in Shenzhen

一直以来清水河片区属于城市中心区的边缘地区,这里有深圳市区面积最大的陆运仓储区和罗湖区规模最大的城中村。这里聚集了大量外来务工人员。庞大人口的落脚、现状用地的不足、公共配套的紧缺以及特区一体化以来重大交通通道对空间的占用,使这个处于特区边缘的城中村发展困难重重。在此背景下,项目组尝试运用片区更新统筹的方法,以产城融合为切入点,与清水河地区村集体、企业统筹协调,平衡利益,进而探索出一条可实施、可持续的更新路径。

Qingshui River area has been on the fringe of urban central area all the time,where there is a biggest land storage area among Shenzhen and a largest urban village in Luohu District. The village encounters many development difficulties, such as a large number of migrant workers,lack of land use and public supporting facilities,and occupation of space by major traffic aisles since the intesration of SAR. Under this backsround,we plan as a whole to renew- this region from the perspective of industry-city integration,which means to make a balance be- tween the village collective and enterprises in Qingshui River area. And we hope to find out anenforceable and sustainable way to renew- the urban village.
