摘要
采用Maxwell 3D软件对交流接触器动静铁心结构进行分析。建立仿真模型对4种结构的动静铁心进行静态仿真和动态仿真,并分别比较了4种方案在其他参数相同情况下的电磁吸力大小和电磁吸合时间。根据4种方案制作了样机,在保持其他参数一致的情况下,测量不同样机的吸合时间,再与仿真结论进行对比,结果吻合较好。
Maxwell 3D software was used to analyze the dynamic and static core structure of AC contactor. A simulation model is established for static and dynamic simulation of four structures of static and dynamic core. The magnetic force and the suction time of the four schemes were compared under the same parameters. In the test part,the prototype was made according to the four schemes. When the other parameters are kept consistent,the suction time of different prototype was measured. The results were compared with the simulation results,which are in good agreement.
