呼吸训练在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者恢复期的作用探讨

Effect of respiratory training in the convalescence of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨呼吸训练在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)恢复期的作用。方法将100例COPD恢复期患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予常规综合治疗,观察组加用呼吸训练(包括缩唇呼吸、腹式呼吸)并配合长期家庭氧疗12h^15h/d,在治疗前及治疗后6个月分别测定2组患者血气、肺功能并进行比较。结果治疗后6个月观察组血气分析及肺功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸训练对于改善COPD恢复期患者的肺功能有明显疗效,可提高患者的生活质量,促进康复。

Objective to explore the function of respiratory training in the convalescence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 100 patients with COPD recovery period were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,control group given routine comprehensive treatment,the observation group added with respiratory muscle training（including shrinkage lip breathing,abdominal breathing）and combined with the long-term home oxygen therapy 12 ~ 15 h/d,before treatment and 6 months after treatment,respectively in the two groups patients blood gas and lung function and comparison. Results compared with before treatment,the blood gas analysis and lung function indexes of the observation group were compared with those of the control group 6 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion respiratory training has more curative effect in improving the pulmonary function of patients with COPD recovery period,thus improving the quality of life and promoting the recovery of patients.
