严重创伤性休克患者的急诊护理措施分析

Analysis of emergency nursing measures for patients with severe traumatic shock

目的总结严重创伤性休克患者有效的急诊护理措施。方法选取2014年6月—2017年6月我院收治的92例严重创伤性休克患者,随机分为2组,每组46例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用急诊护理,分析2组患者抢救效果、治疗过程中的并发症发生率,以及患者家属对护理工作的满意程度。结果观察组患者救治成功率达到97.8%,只有2例患者在治疗过程中出现了并发症,并发症发生率仅为4.3%;对照组救治成功率仅为87.0%,同时在治疗过程中有7例出现了并发症,并发症发生率15.2%;观察组患者家属对护理工作的总满意程度也远高于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为保证严重创伤性休克患者的生命安全,需要在给予对症治疗的基础上及时采取有效的急诊护理措施。

Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing measures for patients with severe traumatic shock,emergency and summarize the effective nursing measures. Methods 92 cases of severe traumatic shock patients from June 2014 to June 2017 in our hospital as the clinical research data,and the patients were divided into two groups,each group had 46 patients compared to the conventional nursing method,using a group of patients,to observe the use of emergency nursing mode of patients of the two groups of patients with treatment effect,the incidence of complications during the treatment,and the satisfaction of family members of patients to the nursing work. Results in the emergency nursing measures under the support of the All patients in the observation group the success rate reached 97.8%,only 2 of patients during treatment,complications,the complication rate was only 4.3%,while patients in the control group only 40 patients were ultimately successful,the total success rate was only 87%,while in the course of treatment and 7 cases of control group patients had complications. The complication rate is about 15.2%. in addition,the total satisfaction of observation group of patients and families on nursing work is far higher than that of control group. Conclusion when patients with severe traumatic shock,in order to ensure the safety of patients,to give patients with symptomatic treatment,timely recovery Take emergency effective nursing measures.
