调Q1064nm激光和IPL治疗黄褐斑的对比研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的对比分析在黄褐斑患者治疗中调Q1064 nm激光与强脉冲光(IPL)的效果。方法将84例黄褐斑患者随机分为甲组和乙组,分别给予调Q1064 nm激光、IPL治疗,对比治疗前后皮损评分、临床效果与安全性。结果治疗后甲组和乙组皮损评分均远低于本组内治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后甲组皮损评分远低于乙组(P<0.05);甲组临床总有效率远高于乙组(P<0.05);甲组和乙组治疗期间均未发现局部皮肤不适症状。结论调Q1064 nm激光相较于IPL在黄褐斑治疗中的效果更佳,对临床症状的控制效果也更为显著,安全性理想。
