摘要
在冶金行业里传统的煤气放散系统主要由放散和燃烧等两大部分组成,其中的燃烧系统由于放散煤气的品种不同,分别由常明灯或常明灯加伴烧系统组成,一般情况下使用单独的焦炉煤气作为常明灯及伴烧系统的气源。而新型的直燃式放散点火伴烧系统,它直接利用放散的煤气作为燃料进行点火及伴烧,取消了传统放散系统的常明灯和伴烧环管,从而可以节省下大量的焦炉煤气,降低企业的运行成本。
Conventional gas release system in metallurgical industry is consisted of the two parts of gas relief and burning, of which the burning part includes standing light or standing light with concomitant burning system depending on the gas types, which generally uses coking gas as its gas source. The new type direct-fired gas relief automatic ignition and burning system, however, directly uses the released gas as the fuel for both ignition and concomitant burning without the standing lights and concomitant burning tubes in traditional gas relief system, thereby saving significant amount of gas and reducing operation costs.
