RH炉开发使用转炉蒸汽工作实践

摘要 针对转炉经过汽化烟道冷却后产生蒸汽,在蒸汽生产不连续,蒸汽用量减少后只有放散,造成浪费现象。为了节约能源提高蒸汽的使用效率,通过充分的技术论证,成功开发出把转炉余热蒸汽应用到RH炉上进行抽真空使用。提高了转炉自产蒸汽的使用量,实现了节能减排,同时也创造了经济效益。 The steam produced in cooling of flue duct would be released and wasted due to intermittent steam generation and smaller steam usage. To save energy and improve steam utilization, the company successfully developed a system to apply the converter waste heat steam in RH furnace for vacuum pumping, which has increased the usage of the converter steam, saved energy and reduced emission and created economic benefit.
