科技创新中心形成的影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors on Formation of Science and Technology Innovation Center

从创新链视角来看,科技创新中心是新知识、新技术、新产业的策源和集聚中心,包括科学创新中心、技术创新中心、产业创新中心三个组成部分。选取相应的核心衡量指标,运用面板数据模型对三个中心形成的影响因素进行实证研究,结果表明:科研人员的增加、科技基础设施的增加、财政科技投入的增加促进了科学创新中心的形成;R&D资金的增加、R&D人员投入的提高,促进了技术创新中心的形成;高比例的高水平人才、提高高技术产业就业密度、增加高技术产业经费投入、较高的技术成果转移转化水平能够显著提高高技术产业的增加值,促进了产业创新中心的形成。

From the perspective of innovation chain,the article proposes a new connotation of the Science and Technology Innovation Center,which is a center for the production and accumulation of new knowledge,new technologies and new products.Science and technology innovation center includes three organic components：scientific innovation center,technological innovation center,and industrial innovation center.Based on the Three Centers＇ core measurement index,the article analyzes the influencing factors on the forming of three centers and conducts empirical research using the panel data model.The results show that the increase of scientific research personnel,technology infrastructure,and financial investment in science and technology have contributed to the formation of a scientific innovation center;The increase of RD funds and personnel help to accelerate the formation of technological innovation center;The high proportion of quality talents,the increasing of employment density and investment in high-tech industries,and the high level of technological achievement transfer can significantly increase the added value of the high-tech industry which will finally promote the formation of industrial innovation centers.
