摘要
针对适用于水平带式真空过滤机的凸缘联轴器动力传动系统,利用集中质量法建立其扭转振动力学模型,并给出传动系统的扭振微分方程。通过求解微分方程得到系统的固有频率,然后与减速器齿轮啮合频率比较,判断是否发生共振。分析结果可以为水平带式真空过滤机动力传动系统的结构设计与减振提供一定参考。
Considering the flanged coupling dynamic transmission system that adapt to horizontal-belt vacuum filter,lumped mass method was used to build the torsional vibration mechanical model and the torsional vibration differential equation of the system was calculated in this paper.Solving the differential equation,the natural frequency of the system was obtained,with which checked the engaged frequency of reducer gear and estimated the resonance.This analysis method provides reference for the structure design and vibration reduction of dynamic transmission systems of horizontal-belt vacuum filters.
