井下双螺杆泵转子型线优化设计研究

摘要 螺杆泵转子型线可直接影响螺杆泵的工作性能。以单头双螺杆泵的转子型线为研究对象,建立转子型线的数学模型。通过粒子群算法优化型线并与现有型线进行比较分析,分析结果显示所建立的模型在接触线长度上具有一定的优势,达到了优化的目的,同时为后续对井下双螺杆泵的型线的进一步优化研究和螺杆泵的整体性能分析提供了依据和参考。 Screw pump rotor profile has direct effect on its operating performance.Taking the rotor profile of a single-end twin-screw pump as a research object,in this paper,the mathematical model of the rotor profile was established.In the model,the profile was optimized based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm and comparatively analyzed with the existing profile,of which the result indicated that the model established in this paper has advantages on the length of the contact line,so that the optimization has been implemented.In this case,the continue optimization and research of the down-hole twin-screw pump rotor profile and its entirely performance analysis have been provided a reference.
