摘要
采用SolidWorks通过COM技术为用户提供的二次开发接口API函数,成功地完成了渐开线齿轮及其传动轴的参数化建模,为后续齿轮传动的强度分析、减速器的装配模拟、运动仿真及制造加工奠定了基础。
In this article,the re-development interface API function was provided via COM technology based on SolidWorks.Additionally,the parametric modelling of involute gear and its transmission shaft was successfully completed,which laid the foundation for the following strength analysis of gear transmission and assembly simulation of the reducer,as well as the kinematic simulation and manufacturing.
