摘要
以某大型钟表机芯为研究对象,通过三维软件UG建模,然后使用ANSYS Workbench对其进行模态分析,求解1阶~10阶固有频率和模态变形振型云图,获取整个机芯的固有振动特性,借此对机芯动态特性做出分析,为大型钟表机芯传动系统结构优化提供了一定理论依据和新的思路。
Regarding a large-scale horologe movement as a research example,this article built a three-dimensional(3 D)model for it.Then the modal analysis was carried out based on ANSYS Workbench in order to achieve the inherent frequency and modal variable vibration nephogram within 1-10 order.In this case,the vibration characteristic of the overall movement was obtained,with which the dynamic characteristic of the movement was analyzed.The analysis provides theoretical reference and new methods for the structural optimization of the transmission system of large-scale horologes.
