基于ANSYS的联轴器工程有限元分析

摘要 采用有限元法对某联轴器进行分析。首先利用ANSYS建立了该联轴器的模型,之后按照其实际工作情况施加载荷和约束,并对其进行求解,得到了联轴器X、Y、Z方向的位移与总位移云图,以及X、Y、Z方向的应力与von Mises等效应力分布云图;之后对其进行了疲劳强度分析,结果表明该联轴器大、小孔处极限应力小于材料的屈服极限和疲劳破坏极限,其在正常传递扭矩的情况下校核安全,满足正常工作的要求。 In this article,a certain coupling was analyzed according to finite element method(FEM).The model of this coupling was built based on ANSYS.Then,loading and constraint were added to the model and calculated according to practical operating conditions,by which the displacement on X,Yand Zaxis and the total-displacement nephogram were obtained,as well as the nephograms of stress on X,Y,Zorientations and von Mises equivalent stress distribution.In addition,the fatigue strength of the model was analyzed.The result indicated that the ultimate stress of large shaft hole and small shaft hole in the coupling are smaller than yield limitation and fatigue fracture limitation of the material.The coupling was verified to be safe under the condition of normal transmitting torque,which satisfies the requirement of normal operating.
