摘要
利用Pro/E三维软件分别绘制后车架各组成零件,包括龙门梁、左右后纵梁、中部抗扭管及举升缸支座总成、尾部抗扭管,再利用软件的装配模块建立后车架的三维几何模型。对模型简化后导入到ANSYS Workbench中建立后车架的有限元模型,并选取满载静止、不平路面及举升工况作为后车架的分析工况,应用ANSYS Workbench软件求解后车架在3种工况下的应力与应变大小,最后对后车架进行模态分析,得出后车架的前10阶模态振型云图。
This article respectively drew the components of vehicle rear frames based on Pro/E three-dimensional(3D)software,including gantry beam,left and right rear side members,middle anti-torque tube,lifting cylinder support assembly,and tail anti-torque tube.In addition,combining with the assembling module of the software,the 3D geometrical model of the rear vehicle frame was built.Furthermore,leading the simplified model into ANSYS Workbench,the finite element model was built and several operating conditions,such as empty-load static status,full-load static,rough road and lifting condition,were regarded as the situations to be analyzed of the rear vehicle frame.In accordance of ANSYS Workbench software,the stress and strain values of the rear vehicle frame under the four conditions mentioned above would be calculated.Finally,the modal analysis on the rear vehicle frame would be carried out,by which the first-ten-order vibration mode nephograms of the frame would be generated.
