摘要 介绍了承压箱体的有限元分析方法,采用数值计算中的有限元理论,模拟工作状态下增压空冷器箱体的受力状况。通过有限元计算找出箱体出现最大应力的部位,分析其出现的原因,并提出减小该部位应力及位移变形的一些方法。 This article introduced the finite element analysis method of pressure-bearing cabinet.Applying finite element theory among numerical calculation,the stress condition of the cabinet of pressurized air cooler was simulated under the condition of operating situations.In addition,according to finite element calculation,the part that suffers the biggest stress of the cabinet was found.Furthermore,the paper analyzed the reason of the conditions mentioned above and proposed some methods that were expected to reduce the stress and displacement deformation in this part.
