Research on Large-Scale UUV Cabin Battery Pack Assembling Design

某大型无人水下航行器(UUV)电池舱壳体外形为圆柱形,舱内安装有电池组,为满足电池组安装快速性、便捷性及绝缘性要求,提出了电池组整体装配方案,并对电池组组装台、导轨、电池组装配台车等进行了设计。

The shape of the battery cabin shell of a certain large-scale unmanned underwater vehicle（UUV）is cylindrical.Inside the cabin,there assembled a battery pack.In order to satisfy the requirement of rapidity,convenience and insulativity of battery pack assembling,this article proposed a scheme of integrate assembling of the battery pack.Furthermore,the article designed the assembly station,guideway and the assembly-station vehicle for the battery packs.
