摘要
为了提高铝合金法兰的力学性能及其锻件生产效率,分析了等温模锻成形法兰锻件的工艺过程,并以某产品为例,详尽介绍了铝合金法兰锻件等温模锻工艺与模具结构,采用电阻炉加热坯料,模具自带加热与控温功能,模锻过程在通用液压力机上进行。
In order to improve the mechanical properties and production efficiency of the aluminum alloy flange forgings,the isothermal die forging process of flange forgings was introduced firstly in this paper.Then,the isothermal die forging process and die structure of a typical aluminum alloy flange forging was analyzed in detail.During the isothermal die forging process,the aluminum alloy billets were heated using the resistance furnace,and the heating and temperature control were integrated in the forging die.All of the isothermal die forging processes were conducted on a general hydraulic press.
