摘要
采用四点探针法测量挺杆上表面的平面度,运用设计滚轮的方法测量挺杆外表面的垂直度,在试验过程中为了减小误差,应对样品进行多次测量,并对测量的结果与标准尺寸进行分析比较。
Tappet is a significant component of engine,of which the material selection,technical design,and processing precise would have effect on the operating performance of engine.This paper mainly tested the inner structure of tappet.In order to verify the verticality accuracy of the outer cylindrical surface to cap plane of the tappet,the flatness of the cap plane was measured via four probe method,and the verticality of the outer cylindrical surface was measured by the means of designing roller.Additionally,in order to reduce the error in the experiment process,it was expected to carried out multi-measurement on the samples,and to compare the measured result with the standard size.
