摘要
为保证某车库自行设计的电子转换机构安全可靠运行,基于赫兹理论建立力学模型,得出凸轮滚子接触面能承受的最大压应力。同时,对凸轮滚子进行接触疲劳强度校核,在低速轻载环境下,对从动件为滚动体结构的空间凸轮机构在可靠性分析和寿命预测方面提供一种较好的方法。
In order to ensure the safe and reliable operating of a self-designed electronic switching mechanism of a garage,in this article,the mechanical model was built based on Hertz theory and the maximum stress of the contact surface of the cam bowl was obtained.Meanwhile,the cam bowl was tested on its contact fatigue strength.Under the condition of low speed and light load,the article provided a good method for reliable analysis and life prediction of space cam mechanism with the rolling-structure followers.
