摘要
针对某国产MPV车型在三档加速工况存在的变速器齿轮敲击异响问题,运用多体动力学软件建立传动系统动力学模型模拟其三档加速工况传动系的动力学特性,通过灵敏度分析确认离合器参数对该模型建模及分析精度影响较大。以变速器一轴齿轮角加速度二阶次曲线试验结果为目标,针对离合器参数进行正交试验设计及参数优化并由此获取离合器参数最优值。结果表明:经正交试验设计选出的离合器参数取值组合可提升模型仿真分析精度。
Focusing on the unusual noise of the transmission gear of an MPV vehicle under the condition of the third gear range,this paper built a model for the dynamic transmission system based on multibody dynamics software in order to simulate the dynamic characteristic.According to the responsivity analysis,it was verified that the clutch parameter has considerable effect on modelling and analysis precision.Regarding the experimental result of angular acceleration curve of order 2 of the first shaft of the gearbox as a target,the paper carried out an orthogonal experiment and optimization on the gearbox parameter,by which the optimal value of the gearbox parameter was obtained.The result shows that the gearbox parameter combination selected by orthogonal experiment is able to improve the analysis precision of model simulation.
