摘要
为保证高加速高精度电子封装装备运动平台定位点到点运动时的动态性能和稳态性能,提出一种通过模糊控制来细调前馈控制参数的方法,该智能微调的方法可以有效地自动优化运动系统的性能,帮助开发和大批量生产电子封装设备,并提高机器智能。
In order to ensure the dynamic and steady-state performance in the process of positioning point-to-point motions on the motion platforms of high-accelerate-high-precision electronic packaging equipment,this paper proposed a feedforward control(FFC)parameter fine tuning method based on fuzzy control.This intelligent fine tuning method is able to effectively and automatically optimize the kinematic system performance,which devotes to the development and mass production of electric packaging equipment,and improve the robotic intelligence.
