摘要
针对大螺距多头梯形螺纹车削加工工艺方案和程序编制复杂的特点,基于西门子808D数控系统的开放性,进行了NC程序和HMI人机界面的二次开发,实现了交互式参数输入和按键式程序启动,提高了加工效率,简化了操作过程;同时为其他零件的加工程序二次开发提供了思路和方法。
Focusing on the characteristic of complex turning processing technique strategies and programming of coarse-pitch multiple trapezoidal threads,this article carried out an advanced development of NC program and human machine interface(HMI)based on the openness of Siemens 808 D numerical system.The development implemented interacting parameter input and push-button program starting,which increased working efficiency and simplified the operation process,and provided method for the advanced development of machining other components.
